Top Five Advanta Credit Cards

Unlike most credit card issuers, Advanta only offers credit cards to corporations and small business owners. Of course, a qualifying process is used that is different from what other issuers use when issuing cards to individual consumers. In addition, Advanta also provides additional financial services to both business professionals and small business owners.

Advanta Business Rewards Platinum

The most popular card that Advanta offers is the Advanta Business Rewards Platinum Card. The interest rate on both purchases and cash advances is a low 7.99% fixed rate. For the first sixteen billing cycles, however, there is a 0% interest rate on balance transfers. The card has no annual fee and offers either 5% cash back or travel rewards. The 5% cash back for business purchases includes any purchases that are made on employee cards. In addition, the card offers a business credit line of up to $50,000 with a choice of business design that is customized with your business name.

For business owners, a great advantage to this card is your ability to choose your payment due date. Once the card arrives in the mail, all you need to do is call the toll free number that is provided with it and select the week you want your payment to become due. In addition, these other services are offered as well, including:

  • Free online bill payment
  • Statements and management reports are available online
  • Total online access that allows you to request credit line increases, add cardholders, request balance transfers, and update account information
  • Customized checks for your account
  • Instant cash access at ATM's
  • Free vehicle rental insurance for your primary vehicle as well as automatic theft and damage protection and extended warranty coverage
  • Discounts of up to 25% on purchases of products and services from selected merchants
Advanta Life-of-Balance Business Credit Card

Advanta also offers a Life-of-Balance Business Credit Card with no annual fee and no limit on earnings. The interest rate is 2.99% fixed APR for life on any balances transferred within three months of the card's issuance. The APR on new purchases is a variable Prime plus 3.24%. You can also receive Travel Rewards or up to 6% cash back on any of the following options:
  • Utilities and Telecommunications
  • Computers and Office Supplies
  • Dining Expenses
  • Building Supplies
  • Travel Rewards Point Program
  • Up to 2% Cash Back on all other purchases

You do not have to sign up for a specific rewards program at any precise moment. You may choose to wait until later to do this.

Advanta Plantinum Business Card

The Advanta Platinum Business Card has an APR of Prime plus 5.99% with an introductory APR of 0% for the first twelve months for both purchases and balance transfers. It also offers a credit line of up to $50,000 with no annual fee. You can pay your bill online as well as have access to online statements and management reports. In addition, you have the ability to request credit line increases, add cardholders, request balance transfers, and up date your account information. It has the same benefits as the Advanta Business Rewards Platinum Business Card.

The last card that Advanta has currently is the Advanta Business Card that also offers a 2.99% APR for life on balance transfers within the first three months just like the Life-of-Balance.
