Unlike many American Express cards, Blue does not require an annual fee. Yet, the rewards program is included free. The minimum credit line available is $1,000 and the maximum limit is $100,000. If a card holder is late on a payment, there is a $15 fee for balances up to $100, a $29 fee on balances up to $1,000, and a $35 fee on balances over $1,000. In addition, there is a $35 fee for going over the credit limit. The cash advance fee is 3% of the amount advanced, with a minimum $5 fee.
