Editor's Review: Chase Platinum Visa® Card is an outstanding platinum credit card with several key balance transfer card features and is considered one of Chase's "flagship" cards. This credit card has an outstanding balance transfer credit card feature: 0% introductory rate on balance transfers (as well as purchases) for up to 12 months*. (Keep in mind, however, that not all applicants will qualify for the extended 12 month introductory period. For those primarily interested in transferring a high APR card balance, card applicants should try to secure the longest 0% offer available.
