Doing Business with the Chase Business Rebate Visa Card

by on October 1, 2006

I have mentioned the advantages of the Advanta credit card when it comes to business owners, but JP Morgan Chase also has a great deal to offer to prospective small business credit card holders that might be worth exploring. In fact, a larger number of credit card companies are now catering to business owners. These include American Express, Chase, Citibank and Bank of America as well.

The Chase Business Rebate Visa Card that offers a 0% introductory APR for the first 12 months. For small business owners just starting out or for those who are in the process of re-organization, the ability to borrow money for your business without having to pay finance charges in the short term is a tremendous advantage (assuming you pay the thing off at the end of that first year). And, your credit line can be as high as $35,000 without having to pay an annual fee.

Since this card is issued through Visa, you also get to take advantage of the benefits typically afforded to business cardholders as a part of the Visa Business Partner Advantage program. As a member of this program, you receive discounts of up to 20% at a number of other businesses throughout the country. These include hotel rooms, computer equipment, and car rentals.

Since the card is platinum, you also receive benefits typically associated with these cards, such as lost card reporting, emergency cash and card replacement, purchase protection, and warranty protection. If you need to travel often for your business, you will appreciate the lost luggage insurance, the primary auto insurance, and the travel and accident insurance of up to $1,000,000. And, since you are running a business, the quarterly statements provided along with the card can be very beneficial when it comes to tracking your expenses.

In all, the Chase Business Rebate Visa is a well-rounded business credit card that is worth taking a closer look at.
