Chase has announced that it will be offering a new service to small and medium-sized businesses that have a broadband connection through Verizon Online. With the new program – which will be called Verizon Merchant Services, Payments Powered by Chase Paymentech, business owner can receive faster discounted credit, payment, and debit processing services.
With the help of the new service, businesses can either expand upon their credit and debit processing programs or they can start them if they don’t currently offer them. With the service, Chase and Verizon hope to make it possible for businesses to speed up the checkout process and to make their customers happier since consumers are continually showing that they prefer making their purchases with plastic. In fact, 33% of purchases made by consumers are now made with plastic, even the very smallest of purchases.
Since it seems to be becoming increasingly important for companies to accept credit cards, this new feature should help make it more possible – even for the small business owner. There’s more to business credit solutions than just business credit cards. So, if you are one of thousands of people who has started or is thinking of starting a business, this new offer just might be right for you.
