They mistakenly assigned the credit card to the wrong person with same name. Then upon complain they completely deleted my friends account and giving him the password to view the other guys account. They have 2 separate social security numbers, those chase dimwits! I have never seen such a dismal consumer service. They are BAD. Chase Credit card people are mediocre idiots.
