Virginia York-Poquoson Police received reports from two separate victims about unauthorized charges on their credit cards, which turned out to be fraudulent charges from the same suspect who had stolen and then used their credit card numbers at the local Wal-Mart in Tabb.
On June 22, a man acting suspiciously tried to purchase gift cards at the Tabb Wal-Mart using the same stolen card numbers but when the on-duty cashier asked for his identification, he ran from the store.
