Editor's Review: Blue Cash® from American Express® is a cash back credit card (not a charge card) designed for those with at least good credit who would like to take advantage of the cash rebate offer as well as other numerous outstanding card benefits.

Through the cash rebate program, cardholders qualify to earn a cash rebate award that varies depending upon the amount spent per year. The total or maximum rebates allowed is UNLIMITED. "General Purchases" (such as meals, clothes, office supplies) can earn up to a 1.5% cash back rebates, and "Everyday Purchases" made at gas stations, drugstores and supermarkets can earn up to a 5% rebate.

The card also has a 0% introductory rate for up to the first 12 months applicable towards all purchases and a reasonably low ongoing APR for purchases making it ideal for those who plan on carrying an occasional balance, and for those who qualify instant online approval.
