The CitiBusiness® PremierPass Card, which is issued by Citibank, was created for those who are interested in maintaining all of their business expenses on one credit card, while also gaining the advantages of a reward program.
The CitiBusiness® PremierPass Card rewards program provides cardholders with the opportunity of using earned points to purchase a variety of goods and services. To earn these points, all a cardholder needs to do is to use the card whenever making purchases. For every dollar spent on professional business purchases or services, the cardholder earns a total of three points. Two of these points are "Thank You Select Spend Points" and one point is a "Thank You Purchase Point." Every additional dollar spent earns one point. Every dollar spent toward the purchase of airline tickets also earns one "Thank You Flight Point." These points can be spent on merchandise, airline travel, and gift cards.
Cardholders an earn a maximum of 200,000 points during a one year period, and only 100,000 of the points earned can be Thank You Flight Points. Points never expire so long as the account remains active at least one time in a three-year period. In addition, cardholders receive 15,000 in bonus points after making their first purchase with the card. Cardholders also receive free, unlimited companion travel whenever the card is used to purchase airline tickets.
There are many perks associated with the CitiBusiness® PremierPass Card. Among these are fraud and security protection services, lost wallet service, and lost and stolen card reporting. The card also provides protection from liability for unauthorized Internet transactions, purchase protection, and extended warranty for purchases. For the cardholder who enjoys travel, the card provides auto rental insurance, lost luggage insurance, emergency translation services, and up to $1,000,000 in travel accident insurance.
For added convenience, cardholders receive access to SPEEDPAY by phone, an autopayment option, and quarterly and year-end financial statements. Legal and medical referral services, a personal concierge service, and discounts on a variety of services and products are also included with membership.
The CitiBusiness® PremierPass Card has an annual fee of $75, which is waived for the first year of membership. There is, however, no fee for additional cardholders to be added to the account. In addition, it offers an introductory offer of 0.00% interest on all balance transfers completed during the first year of membership. Afterward, the variable APR is based on the Prime Rate.
