Citi® Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card, which is issued by Citibank, provides a variety of benefits that are very attractive, including benefits that are common to signature cards and a benefit program with Hilton Hhonors hotels.
The Hilton Hhonors Program award cardholders with two points for every dollar they spend on general purchases. They also receive three points for every dollar they spend at Hilton HHonors hotels. There is no limit to the number of points that can be earned each year. In addition, the points do not expire so long as one transaction is made on the card during a one-year period or the cardholder stays in a Hilton Hotel within one year.
Those who newly apply to the Citi® Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card receive a bonus of 15,000 points after making $150 in purchases with the card within the first 2 months after the account is opened. The points earned with the card can be used to purchase free hotel stays as well as a variety of travel awards. Cardholders also obtain Hilton HHonors Silver VIP status for the first year with no additional fee.
In addition to the Hilton awards, the Citi® Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card provides a variety of additional benefits. For example, it offers guaranteed airport parking, auto rental insurance, lost and damaged luggage insurance, personal concierge service, up to $1,000,000 in travel accident insurance, roadside assistance, and a variety of additional travel and emergency assistance services. It also provides purchase protection, extended warranty for purchases, and protection for unauthorized transactions.
The Citi® Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card has no annual fee and there are no fees for additional cardholders to be added to the card. In addition, there is a 2.99% introductory rate on purchases for the first six months. Thereafter, the variable APR is based on the Prime Rate. There is, however, a minimum 19.99% cap on cash advances. Therefore, the APR will never be less than 19.99%, no matter how low the Prime Rate may be.
There is no pre-set spending limit with the Citi® Hilton HHonors® Visa® Signature Card. Instead, purchases are approved based on account history, credit record, and personal resources.
