Editor's Review:
The Bank of America Visa Signature® WorldPoints® Rewards, issued by FIA Card Services, N.A., The Bank of America Visa Signature® WorldPoints® Rewards credit card is a good option for those that are looking to get an instant decision on a card application.
Designed for those with excellent credit, the card features a very attractive rewards program in addition to the instant approval feature. For every dollar you spend with the credit card, you earn one point. Unlike some rewards credit cards that offer variable amounts of rewards based on the types of purchases you make, you will enjoy the simplicity of knowing that one dollar equals one point with this credit card. In addition, there are no limits to the number of points you can earn each year. Once you do earn points, they can be redeemed on a wide variety of things, including gift certificates, travel, cash, and merchandise. The points do expire after 5 years, however, so it is important to spend them before you lose them.
There is no annual fee associated with this card either. New cardholders receive a 0% introductory APR on all balance transfers as well as on cash advances made with the card during the first twelve billing cycles. There are fees associated with making balance transfers and cash advances, however, with both costing 3% of the amount transferred or advanced with a $10 minimum fee. So far as purchases are concerned, the card offers a fixed APR of either 9.99% or 15.99% depending upon your credit. Cash advances, on the other hand, are subject to a 19.99% APR after the introductory period is complete.
The card does offer some benefits that are fairly common with credit cards. These include online account access, fraud protection services, and personal concierge services. The minimum credit limit you can expect to receive with this instant approval credit card is $5,000. There are no predetermined maximum credit limits with this card.
The Bank of America Visa Signature® WorldPoints® Rewards card provides cardholders with a minimum 20 day grace period on purchases. There are, however, fees associated with making late payments. If you have a balance of up to $100 and you make a payment late, you will have to pay a $15 fee. If you have a balance that is over $100 or up to $250, your fee will be $29. If your balance is over $250 and you make a late payment, you will have to pay a $39 late fee.
