This card has a very reasonable interest rate (for those with a limited credit history), and this interest rate on both purchases and balance transfers will remain fixed for three years, no matter what. This card also has a low annual fee of only $19.

This card provides common platinum benefits such as lost or stolen card services, additional safety with purchases, and extended warranties for purchases.
