The Citi® Platinum
Select® MasterCard® is one of Citibank's
overall best credit card offers. While compared to other
platinum card offers, it might appear to be a somewhat stripped down offer
because it does not provide any rewards offer in combination, but for applicants
who don't require a rewards program and are looking for a competitively low
intro as well as a low ongoing APR, the Citi® Platinum Select® MasterCard® is a
solid credit card offer worth taking a good look at.
As previously
mentioned, one of the most attractive features about this card is its 0%
introductory rate, placing it right at the top of our low interest credit card
offers. One of the most compelling reasons for this card to be considered a low
interest credit card offer is the intro APR on balance transfers for 18 months.
The low 0% intro APR can be applied on all purchases as well for the first 12 months.
(The APR will vary based on the Prime Rate and both the rate and duration of the
introductory offer will be based on your creditworthiness.) Often times, a no interest
introductory offer will apply to just balance transfers but not purchases.
But with this card, the 0% intro offer is good for both. Additionally, this card
has a comparably low APR (ongoing) when you compare it to other similar low
