The Citi® Forward® Card is a new generation of rewards card that rewards people for simply doing the right thing. If cardholders simply stay within their credit limit and pay on time, they stand to be rewarded with bonus points and rate reductions.
The introductory offer is 0% if you qualify for 7 months on purchases and 12 months on balance transfers, but the ongoing APR is competitive and comparable to similar offers once the introductory APR expires.
When you redeem the 10,000 bonus ThankYou® Points received after you make $650 in purchases and sign up for paperless statements within the first 3 months, you earn $100 in gift cards.
Cardholders who pay on time and stay within their credit limit will receive 100 bonus points in each billing period and also stand to earn a potential reduction in the APR on their card. APR reductions are awarded in increments of .25% after 3 months in a row of making a purchase, staying within their limit and paying their bill on time.
The Citi® Forward® Card also rewards cardholders with 5 points per dollar spent at restaurants, book stores, movie theaters, and video rental stores, and 1 point per dollar spent on all other purchases. Points can be redeemed through the Thank You network for cash, music, gift cards, electronics, and more.
