If you're an animal lover that wants to participate in a great rewards program that focuses on pets, you might be interested in the PetRewards® Platinum Plus® Visa® Credit Card.
With the PetRewards® Card, you receive two points for every dollar that you spend with the card at pet-related merchants. These include farm and feed stores, pet food retailers, veterinary clinics, and pet specialty stores in your neighborhood. After you make your first purchase with the card, you'll receive an additional 500 bonus points in your account. You can redeem these points for veterinary services, purchase discount certificates for pet food, or even make a donation to an animal shelter. Since you can start redeeming your rewards with just 750 points, it won't take long for you to start cashing in on your points. It should be noted, however, that there is a 100,000 points cap on the number of points you can earn each year. In addition, the points do expire after three years.
PetRewards® card offers an attractive introductory offer. In fact, for the first six billing cycles, you can enjoy a 0% APR on cash advances, balance transfers, as well as purchases made with the card. After the introductory period is over, the interest rates are tiered variable rates based on your credit history.
The PetRewards® Platinum Plus® Visa® Credit Card offers several benefits in addition to its rewards program. For example, you can take advantage of a number of different travel and emergency assistance services, including auto rental insurance. The card also provides services to keep you protected, such as purchase replacement and zero liability for unauthorized transactions. As an added bonus, you can even have a picture of your pet placed on the card. Or, if you prefer, you can choose from several different card designs.
If you are accepted for the PetRewards® Platinum Plus® Visa® Credit Card, you'll receive a minimum credit limit of $500. There are no caps on how high the limit can be. Once your limit is established, however, you must stay within your limit or you will have to pay an over-the-limit fee.
