Editor's Review: The Discover® More® credit card offers cardholders a cash back rebate on purchases of up to 1%, and an attractive 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers for a full 15 months. The cash rebate program is a tiered rebate program based on the cardholders spending, i.e., the more you spend the higher the cash rebate percentage the cardholder will receive. Cardholders can also receive double cash rebates with Discover's Cash Back Bonus program, but only from participating retail outlets. (See the card offer's application page for more details on the cash rebate offer and rebate percentages.)

One of the main benefits of this card is the 0% interest rate offer for a full 15 months on purchases and balance transfers make it attractive enough to consider it one of the better balance transfer credit card offers.

Once the intro period expires, the regular APR for this card is low compared to other balance transfer credit cards as well. So for those who plan on carrying a monthly balance (occasionally of course) after the introductory promotion, you won't get slammed with an outrageously high APR. Do keep in mind, however, that you must have at least good credit in order to secure the lowest APR available for this particular card offer.
